Duo Two-Factor Authentication

The University is now utilizing Duo for two-factor authentication. The new solution supports U-M's IT security strategy by better protecting sensitive university and personal data against ever-increasing and more sophisticated threats and attacks.

 

Intended Audience

This Quicknote is intended for current faculty and staff who utilize DUO Two-Factor Authentication.

This Quicknote requires that you have access to systems that use DUO Two-Factor Authentication.

Troubleshooting

Can't log in?

If you are having trouble logging in with DUO because the system keeps asking for your credentials repeatedly, you will need to close out of your browser entirely. Then, re-open your browser and try the action again. If you still experience issues, please call the ITS Helpdesk at 810-762-3123.
