This report pulls a list of all currently active planned gifts designated to a specified area.

Why use this report?

Use this report if you need to access a list of all currently active planned gifts designated to a specific area.

E.g. Review all promised planned gifts designated to the College of Engineering to monitor active commitments and track planned gift activity within that area.

Designation Filters (Required/Optional as Noted)

Answer the following prompts to restrict the report results based on organizational rollups and designated areas.

  • Enter SCU Rollup (Optional)

    • Allows the user to select a specific School, College, or Unit (SCU) to filter active planned gifts by designation.

    • E.g., College of Engineering; School of Information

  • Enter VP Area Rollup (Optional)

    • Allows the user to select a specific Vice President (VP) area to filter active planned gifts associated with that division.

    • E.g., Academic Affairs; Development & Alumni Relations

  • Enter Campus Rollup (Optional)

    • Allows the user to select a specific campus to filter active planned gifts designated to that location.

    • E.g., Ann Arbor Campus; Dearborn Campus; Flint Campus

Report Tabs

There are 2 report tabs:

  • Active

    • Shows a table of currently active, accepted planned gifts designated to the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre & Dance.

    • Contains donor, designation, gift vehicle, recognition, and stewardship information for monitoring active commitments.

  • Recently Deceased

    • Shows a table of planned gifts from individuals recently marked as deceased and designated to the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre & Dance.

    • Contains estate, address, and gift details to support stewardship, estate coordination, and gift tracking.
