This report provides a summary of gifts processed and officially recognized by the Gift Processing Unit from Telefund activities during the week prior to the scheduled reporting period.

Why use this report?

This report offers an on-demand summary of gifts processed and officially recognized by the Gift Processing Unit from Telefund activities 1 week prior. Use this report to monitor fundraising progress, validate gift processing accuracy, and evaluate the success of Telefund campaigns.

  • Includes all gift/payments to non academic units within the previous 7 days (EXCEPT PSD funds 306420, 320329, 320330, 320331)

• Pledges_Non_Academic

  • Includes all pledges with a remaining balance to non academic units (EXCEPT PSD funds 306420, 320329, 320330, 320331)

• Parents of Deceased Students

  • Parents of students whose deceased notification date is within one year of todays date.

• BGA Membership Gifts

  • Pulls recognition payments in the last 4 weeks to the BGA membership fund.

• Updated_Phone_Numbers

  • Pulls in constituent phone numbers that have been added/changed in the last month.
