This Report

This report is designed to pull results and performance metrics by marketing effort through mail communication.

Why use this report?

Use this report to measure and compare the effectiveness of your marketing efforts through mail communication. The per‑effort view helps marketing, communications, and advancement teams identify top‑performing messages and audiences, optimize content and timing, prioritize follow‑ups, and demonstrate campaign ROI.

Answer the following prompt to filter the results by the selected channel

  • Enter value(s) for Package Channel

    • You may select one or more package channels

    • E.g., Email

Business Unit (Optional)

Answer the following prompt to filter the results by the selected business unit

  • Enter value(s) for Business Unit

    • You may select one or more business units

    • E.g., Michigan Medicine

Enter First Day of Fiscal Year/Enter Last Day of Fiscal Year (Required)

Answer the following prompt to select a date range in order to limit the appeal search to certain fiscal years

  • Enter value for First Day of Fiscal Year and Last Day of Fiscal Year

    • You may select one day for the First and Last Day of Fiscal Year

Enter Revenue Date Start/Revenue Date End (Required)

Answer the following prompt to select a date range in order to limit the Revenue and Donor counts

  • Enter value for the Start and End Revenue Date

    • You may select one day for the First and Last Day of Fiscal Year

Designation LookupID (Optional)

Answer the following prompt to filter the results for a specific designation regardless of other selections

  • Enter OPTIONAL values for Designation LookupID

    • You may select one or more Designation LookupIDs

    • E.g., Annual Fund

Purpose MPathways DeptID (Optional)

Answer the following prompt to filter the results for a specific MPathway DeptIDs regardless of other selections

  • Enter OPTIONAL values for Purpose MPathways DeptID

    • You may select one or more Purpose MPathways DeptID

    • E.g., 431000 for MMB

    • Provides a summary of the ME's selected in the Query Prompts along with their gifts.

  • Non Unit ME Summary

    • Provides a summary of the ME's that received revenue for the Unit that the Unit did not participate in or were uAG projects.

  • Gifts - UNit & uAG Segments

    • Provides a summary of Gifts Reported In Unit Segments

  • Gifts - Non Unit or uAG

    • Provides a summary of Gifts to Unit NOT Reported In Unit Segments
