This Report

This report shows Household Recognition to the selected S/C/U or VP Area based on the selected giving threshold, over the last 5 Fiscal Years, starting with the current fiscal year. Can be used to identify Major Gift Donors or view a summary of giving by household over the last 5 Fiscal Years.

Why use this report?

Use this report to identify households that meet your chosen giving threshold across the current and prior four fiscal years—ideal for spotting major‑gift prospects and preparing recognition lists. The five‑year household summary by S/C/U or VP Area uncovers multi‑year giving patterns to support prospect prioritization, stewardship, and targeted engagement plans.

Answer the following prompt to restrict results to those who gave at least that amount in any one of the last 5 fiscal years to the selected Campus/VP Area/SCU/Site/Designation

  • You may select one dollar amount

  • E.g., 5000

MAXIMUM Recognition Amount (Optional)

Answer the following prompt to restrict results to those who gave less than that amount in any one of the last 5 fiscal years to the selected Campus/VP Area/SCU/Site/Designation
