This Report

This report displays the top three giving areas by constructed site rollup, based on LIDs. Users can also isolate an additional giving unit’s recognition by prompt.

Use this report if you need to identify the top three giving areas by constructed site rollup and analyze donor recognition.

Running the Report Directly

Constituent LookupIDs (Required)

Answer the following prompt to include specific constituents in the report.

• Enter Constituent LookupIDs

  • Allows user to enter one or more LookupIDs to display recognition data.

  • E.g., 123456; 789101

Recognition by Organizational Area (Optional)

Answer the following prompts to view total recognition for selected organizational areas.

• View Site’s Recognition

  • Allows user to select a site to display its total recognition.

  • E.g., Ann Arbor Development Office
     

• View SCU’s Recognition

  • Allows user to select a School, College, or Unit to display its total recognition.

  • E.g., Law School
     

• View VP’s Recognition

  • Allows user to select a VP Area to display its total recognition.

  • E.g., EVPMA
     

• View Campus’s Recognition

  • Allows user to select a campus to display its total recognition.

  • E.g., UM-Dearborn

Report Tabs

There is 1 report tab:

• Report Tab 1

  • Shows a table of prospects with demographic, affiliation, and giving information.

  • Includes LookupID, name, active/major giving/prospect status, constituency, age, degrees, spouse info, group, manager, total recognition, and top three recognition amounts with sites.
