What does it do?
This Report
This report pulls constituents who have made their first gift to a selected Site Rollup or Designation in the Recognition system. Results include a first-gift indicator and related giving details. If multiple Rollups or Designations are selected, the report returns the first gift to any item in the list. To capture first gifts separately (e.g., first to LSA and first to ROSS), run individual pulls for each selection. Organizations and households are excluded.

Use this report if you need to identify first-time donors to a selected Site Rollup or Designation. It’s useful for tracking new donor engagement, analyzing first-gift trends for specific units, and supporting stewardship efforts focused on individual donors.

Designation and Purpose Selection (Optional)
Answer the following prompts to filter results by specific designations, departments, sites, SCUs, VP areas, campuses, or constructed site rollups.
- Enter value(s) for Designation
- Allows selection of a single Designation (Shortcode) or a list of Designations.
- E.g., Scholarship Fund, Annual Giving
- Enter value(s) for Purpose Mpathways DeptID
- Allows selection of a single DepartmentID or a list of DeptIDs.
- E.g., 101, 205
- Enter value(s) for Purpose Site Name
- Allows selection of a single Site or a list of Sites.
- E.g., LSA, Ross
- Enter value(s) for Purpose SCU Rollup
- Allows selection of a single SCU or a list of SCUs.
- Enter value(s) for Purpose VP Area Rollup
- Allows selection of a single VP Area or a list of VP Areas.
- Enter value(s) for Purpose Campus Rollup
- Allows selection of a single Campus or a list of Campuses.
- Enter value(s) for Purpose Constructed Site Rollup
- Allows selection of a single Constructed Site Rollup or a list of Rollups
Revenue Date Range (Optional/Required)
Answer the following prompts to restrict results to a specific date range.
- Enter Revenue Date Start
- Required. Specify the start date for revenue data.
- E.g., 01/01/2025
- Enter Revenue Date End
- Optional. Specify the end date for revenue data.

- Shows all gifts made by constituents and households.
- Includes donor and household info, giving details (amount, date, designation, purpose), and site/SCU/VP/campus rollups.
- Tracks first gift to segment, group or organization status, and spouse information.
