This Report

Pulls all opportunities tagged with the L2M Student Support Match Initiative Tag. Allows users to limit the results to a specific unit or U-M Wide.

Why use this report?

Use this report to understand how much money has been accepted for the U-M L2M Student Support Match (based on opportunities). Users can also see Student Support Match Opportunities by status (accepted, qualified, response pending, unqualified). This data can be viewed at the U-M level or at the SCU level.

Running the Report Directly

Click the highlighted icon to bring up the user prompts.

If the report is taking too long to run, schedule the report (see above).

You then need to set the prompts. (Prompts act as questions that help you to customize the information in a report to suit your own needs!)

To view only opportunities for a specific site, fill in the Site Name, VP Rollup, SCU Rollup, or Campus Rollup. Leaving these fields blank will automatically display the U-M–wide results. Please note that the first prompt, “Enter value(s) for Opportunity Initiative,” should always be set to L2M Student Support Match.

  • Shows an overview of all L2M Student Support Match Opportunities (including by status and unit).
     

Opportunities – U-M

  • Displays U-M–wide opportunity details for Student Support Match.
     

Opportunities – SCU

  • Displays selected opportunity details for Student Support Match.
