This integrity check identifies gender for records with a current “unknown” gender.  This audit uses the First Name/Gender Predictor table from Blacbaud CRM (Integrity Checks table:FirstName_Gender_DART_4_8_2025) to predict the gender for the record based on the first name. If a match is found, this audit will then determine the best gender.

The OUD-DS3 best practice is for every record to have a gender when there is an available.

The output of this integrity check is a batch of new titles to be added to DART records.
