This report is designed to pull a summary of all prospects and constituents associated with a Major Gift Officer (as Manager, CRM, Plan Primary Manager, Plan Secondary Manager, or Plan Secondary Solicitor) given an MGO's LookupID (LID).

Running the Report Directly

Click the highlighted icon to bring up the user prompts.

If the report is taking too long to run, schedule the report (see above).

Prompts

You then need to set the prompts. (Prompts act as questions that help you to customize the information in a report to suit your own needs!)

Below are the available prompts (with explanation) —

  • Enter MGO LookupID(s) (Optional)

    • Allows users to enter one MGO LID to pull all related prospects and constituents

    • NOTE: You must enter either an MGO's LID or an MGO's Full Name to run the report or you will get no results

    • E.g., 1234567
       

  • Enter MGO Full Name (Optional)

    • Allows users to enter an MGO’s Full Name to limit report to a particular MGO

    • NOTE: You must enter either an MGO's LID or an MGO's Full Name to run the report or you will get no results

    • E.g., FirstName LastName

Report Tabs

There are 3 report tabs:

  • MGO’s Prospects    

    • List all prospects the MGO currently manages.  Includes columns indicating whether or not that specific prospect has an active plan noted on DART. 

    • NOTE:  Plans noted do NOT have to be with the MGO
       

  • Prospects w Active Plans     

    • Lists all prospects with active plans in which the MGO plays a role (i.e. Plan Primary Manager, Plan Secondary Manager, Plan Secondary Solicitor).  Constituents are sorted based on role played.
       

  • MGO as CRM

    • List all constituents for which the MGO currently is coded as a Constituent Relationship Manager
