​​​​​What does it do?

This report is designed to pull all prospects and constituents associated with a Gift Officer (i.e., constituents they manage, referral tags, asks, planned/pending steps, etc.) given an MGO's LookupID (LID) or Uniqname. Users have the option to restrict results based on ---

  • Constituent Type
  • Designation LookupID
  • VP Area Rollup
  • SCU Rollup
  • ​​​​​​​Site Campus Rollup

Running the Report Directly

Click the highlighted icon to bring up the user prompts.

If the report is taking too long to run, schedule the report (see above).

Prompts

You then need to set the prompts. (Prompts act as questions that help you to customize the information in a report to suit your own needs!)

Below are the available prompts (with explanation) —

  • Select Constituent Type(s) (Optional)

    • Allows users to select one or more constituent type(s) 

    • NOTE: This field is the same as Regent’s Hierarchical Constituency

    • E.g., Alumnus; Corporate Foundation
       

  • Enter MGO’s LookupID (Optional)

    • Allows users to enter one or more MGO LIDs for inclusion

    • NOTE: If entering multiple, LIDs must be separated by a semicolon (;)

    • NOTE: While you may search by both LIDs and Uniqnames in a single query (to pull multiple MGOs), you should only enter in an LID OR uniqname per individual MGO

    • E.g., 1234567;7654321
       

  • Enter Pattern for Uniqname (%uniqname%) (Optional)

    • Allows users to enter one or more MGO uniqnames for inclusion

    • E.g., %touqan%

Giving Information (Optional)

Answer one or more of the following prompts to be displayed. You may select as many of these levels as you wish. To report on University Wide giving, leave all blank

  • Enter Value(s) for Designation LookupID (Optional)

    • Allows users to restrict giving summaries to a specific Designation LookupID (aka Shortcode)
       

      • AND/OR Enter Value(s) for Recognition Purpose VP Area Rollup (Optional)

        • Allows users to restrict giving summaries to a specific VP Area Rollup

        • E.g., Office of the President, VP for Development
           

      • AND/OR Enter Value(s) for Recognition Purpose S/C/U Rollup (Optional)

        • Allows users to restrict giving summaries to a specific School, College, or Unit (SCU) Rollup Name

        • E.g., School of Information
           

      • AND/OR Enter Recognition Purpose Site Campus Rollup (Optional)

        • Allows users to restrict giving summaries to a specific Campus Rollup

        • E.g., Univ of Michigan-Ann-Arbor, Univ of Michigan-Dearborn

Report Tabs

There are 11 report tabs:

  • Managed    

    • Returns the prospects managed by the selected MGO

    • Includes Household Information, Engagement Status, Engagement Criteria, Visit and Interaction Data, Prospect Biographical Information, Spouse Information, Wealth Ratings, SCU Most Recent Gift, and Lifetime Giving Information
       

  • CRM    

    • Returns the prospects for whom the selected MGO is the constituent relationship manager

    • Includes Constituent Information, CRM Status/Criteria, Visit and Interaction Data, Prospect Biographical Information, Spouse Information, Wealth Ratings, SCU Most Recent Gift, and Lifetime Giving Information
       

  • Referral Tags

    • Returns Referral Tags for the Selected MGO in the last year

    • Includes Prospect Information (i.e. LID, Full Name, Prospect Manager, CRM Aggregate, Affiliation Start Date, Affiliation Name, Affiliation Comment, Active Plan Status, Capacity, Research Rating), Referral Follow-up Information (i.e. Last Post Referral MGO Interaction Date, Type, and Objective), and Interaction Data (i.e. Last Interaction by Any MGO, MGO of Last Interaction, Type, Objective).
       

  • Upcoming Asks

    • Returns current Upcoming Asks, with status (i.e. qualified or unqualified), for the Selected MGO

    • Includes Prospect Information (i.e. LID, Full Name, Plan Name, Prospect Plan Name, Prospect Manager, Plan Role, Plan Primary Manager) and Ask Details (i.e. Qualified Ask Count, Qualified Ask Amount Total, Unqualified Ask Count, Unqualified Ask Amount Total, Expected Ask Date, # of Days Since Expected Ask Date).
       

  • Response Pending 

    • Returns current Response Pending Asks for the Selected MGO

    • Includes Prospect Information (i.e. LID, Full Name, Plan Name, Prospect Plan Name, Prospect Manager, Plan Role, Plan Primary Manager) and Ask Details (i.e. Response Pending Amount Total, Ask Date, # of Days Since Ask Date, Response Date).
       

  • Planned and Pending Steps

    • Returns Planned and Pending Steps for the Selected MGO

    • Includes Prospect Information (i.e. LID, Full Name, Plan Name, Prospect Plan Name, Prospect Manager, Plan Role, Plan Primary Manager) and Interaction Data (i.e. Date, # of Days Since Step, Status, Type, Objective).
       

  • Recently Accepted Asks

    • Returns Accepted Asks within the Last 90 days for the Selected MGO

    • Includes Prospect Information (Constituent LID, Full Name, Prospect Plan Name, Prospect Manager, Plan Role, Plan Primary Manager), Ask Details (i.e. Accepted Amount Total and Response Date), and Interaction Data (i.e. Date of Last Interaction by MGO, Type, and Objective).
       

  • Prospect Groups HH

    • Returns prospect households for the Selected MGO 

    • Includes Prospect Information (i.e. Household LID, Sort Label, LID, Full Name), Spouse Information (i.e. LID, Full Name), Engagement Information (i.e. Household Engagement Status, Gift Officer Capacity Rating, UHNW Prospect?), and Prospect Affiliation Information (i.e. Major Giving Prospect status, Stewardship, # of Months Engaged)
       

  • Portfolio History Details

    • Returns prospects recently added and recently removed from the Selected MGO(s) managed lists. 

    • Includes Household LID, Sort Label, First Member LID & Name, Second Member LID & Name, Household Engagement Indicator, Prospect Start Date & Fiscal Year (FY), Prospect End Date (if applicable), Prospect Manager End Date (if applicable), Current Prospect Manager for Former Prospects (if applicable), Former Prospect Tags (if applicable), etc.
       

  • Plan Details

    • Details on each plan on each Constituent for whom the MGO is either Plan Primary Manager, Plan Secondary Manager or Plan Secondary Solicitor

    • Includes constituent information (i.e. LID, Full Name, Active Status, Spouse Name & LID, Prospect Plan Name, Plan Status, Plan Primary Manager Name, Plan Secondary Manager Name, Plan Solicitors, Plan Site(s), Plan Participants, Plan DIMID)
       

  • Tagged Prospects - All

    • Returns information on all constituents with a tag for the selected MGO

    • Includes constituent information (i.e. LID, Full Name, Age, Active Status, Prospect Tag, Affiliation Comment, Tag Start Date, Prospect Manager, CRM, and Geographic Information) and spouse information (i.e. LID, Full Name)
