This report is designed to pull all planned and pending interactions and steps for prospects associated with a specific MGO (as interaction fundraiser/owner) given an MGO's full name and/or LookupID (LID)

Why use this report?

Use this report if you need to:

  1. Review all steps or interactions with prospects linked to a specific Gift Officer

  2. Review all planned and pending steps or interactions with prospects linked to a specific Gift Officer

E.g. Find all planned and pending interactions and steps for MGO Jane Doe

Click the highlighted icon to bring up the user prompts.

If the report is taking too long to run, schedule the report (see above).

Prompts

You then need to set the prompts. (Prompts act as questions that help you to customize the information in a report to suit your own needs!)

Below are the available prompts (with explanation) —

  • Enter MGO LookupID (Optional)

    • Allows users to enter one MGO LID to limit report to a particular MGO

    • NOTE: You must enter either an MGO’s LID or an MGO’s Full Name to run the report or you will get no results

    • E.g., 1234567
       

  • Enter MGO Full Name (Optional)

    • Allows users to enter an MGO’s Full Name to limit report to a particular MGO

    • NOTE: You must enter either an MGO’s LID or an MGO’s Full Name to run the report or you will get no results

    • E.g., FirstName LastName

Report Tabs

There is 1 report tab:

  • Planned and Pending Interactions

    • All planned and pending interactions and steps for a particular MGO

    • Includes Constituent LID, Full Name, Interaction information (i.e. LID, Objective, Type, Expected Date, and Completion Status), Prospect Manager, and Plan Information (i.e. Name, Status, Type, and Added Date)
