Constituent Report - Constituents by Solicit Codes

​​​​​What does it do?

This report is designed to pull all living individuals that have one or more given Solicit Code(s). 

Keywords: Solicit, Communication

Why use this report?

Use this report if you need to create an exclusion list for communications, or to verify those coded to not receive a communication via a specific channel (mail, email, etc.)

E.g. Find all living constituents in DART who have a "No Contact" solicit code for LSA.

Click the highlighted icon to bring up the user prompts.

If the report is taking too long to run, schedule the report (see above).

Prompts

You then need to set the prompts. (Prompts act as questions that help you to customize the information in a report to suit your own needs!)

Below are the available prompts (with explanation) —

  • Select Solicit Code: (Required)

    • Allows users to enter one or more solicit codes. Please note that except for the university-wide ones, solicit codes are each specific to each SCU.

    • If entering multiple, solicit codes must be separated by a semicolon (;) with NO spaces in between

    • E.g., No Contact - College of Lit, Science & Arts

 

Report Tabs

There are 2 report tabs:

  • Constituents with Solicit Code

    • Displays all constituent full name, constituent and household lookup ID's, degree information, and selected solicit code information. 

  • Count by Solicit Code

    • Displays the counts of constituents that have the solicit code(s) the user selected.
