What does it do?
MProfiles
MProfiles show the Lifetime Recognition Total and campaign totals for constituents meeting the user-supplied criteria.
This Report
This report is designed to pull a list of all active individual constituents coded as PFG T400 or PFG Tier II. Optional Prompts allow the User to restrict the result to those with an active address in a specified geographic region.
PFG T400 stands for Planned and Family Giving Top 400. This is a constituent affiliation.
Format
This version of the report is specifically designed to be used with the BusinessObjects Scheduler to run and save as an Excel file. More info below.

Running the Report Directly
Click the highlighted icon to bring up the user prompts.
If the report is taking too long to run, schedule the report (see above).

You then need to set the prompts. (Prompts act as questions that help you to customize the information in a report to suit your own needs!)

Select PFG Group

Enter Cohort End Date

Enter Cohort End Date Allows user to enter a specific ending date for the Cohort.

Enter date in the format mm/dd/yyyy

E.g., “5/1/2017” selects the cohort of students graduating in 2017
Address Information
Answer one or more of the following prompts to restrict display based on active addresses. To pull for a specific City or County be sure to also fill in the State Code prompt.

Enter 'Yes' to search by Primary Address Only

Enter 'Yes' to restrict your search to primary addresses only that match the geographic regions specified

To search all active addresses (i.e., Home, Business, Seasonal, Other, etc.), leave prompt blank

Select Primary Metro Area

Allows user to enter or select a primary metro area

E.g. Detroit, Chicago, etc.

Select Greater Metro Area
-
Allows user to enter or select a greater metro area. The Greater Metro Area is defined as Major city and all adjacent suburbs.

E.g. Greater Houston, TX includes Houston, Woodlands, Katy
