How do I fix MetaSlider sizing when correct proportions are not showing up?

To fix MetaSlider sizing, begin by navigating to the dashboard and Selecting the MetaSlider tab:

Select the slideshow you wish to edit at the top bar, then on the right, under the Advanced Settings dropdown, turn off "100% width" and disable "Image Crop”:
