How do I remove the extra image at the top of my page in WordPress?

While editing a page or post:

1. Click on one of the blocks
2. Click on the 3 dots (Options) button
3. Click Show more settings, and Block settings will pop up on the right

Another option may be to check if there is an undesired featured image set for the page:

1. Instead of Block settings, go to Page settings
2. Scroll down to the Featured image tab, and delete the image if there is an undesired image there.
