How do I update the header and footer for my pages and posts?

In your site's Dashboard, hover over Appearance, then click Customize. Next, choose Header & Footer for Pages/Posts at bottom of the list:

Fill out the areas you would like to update. You can either enter HTML or plain text:

When finished, click the Save & Publish button.
