Yes. Since CAEN's WordPress service uses Google accounts for login access, you can grant access to those from outside the University using a non-U-M Gmail account. Simply follow the same instructions for adding U-M Google accounts, but set both the Username and Email fields to be the individuals @gmail.com email address, e.g.
