Salesforce is a cloud-based constituent (or customer) relationship management (CRM) system. CRMs enable the easy management and analysis of interactions an institution has with its constituents throughout their relationship. For a university, this might include relationships with prospective students, current students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
The College of Engineering CRM project uses Salesforce to improve both prospect and current student and alumni outreach and engagement.
