What should I use when holding a large event, meeting or webinar online?

Zoom Webinar is recommended for holding meetings with a large number of attendees (up to 1000 individuals). All U-M faculty have access to use Zoom Webinar; staff and students who need to use a Zoom Webinar can request a U-M Zoom Webinar license. Any events that are larger than 1000 attendees may be able to use Zoom Webinar, but will also need to first request a license from ITS.

Note: It is important to make sure to secure your online meetings, especially large ones, to prevent Zoombombing. See the U-M Safe Computing website for tips to Secure Your Videoconferencing.
