Your email has been sent, you have waited a while, and are now ready to see how the message is performing. This tutorial will help you find and navigate some of the basic analytic features available with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Log into Salesforce.
- At the main screen, hover over Email Studio, and click on Email when it pops up:

- At the Overview screen, hover over Tracking at the top of the screen, and click on Sends when it pops up:

- A big list of sent emails will appear. On the left side, you will see all the folders where tracking data is stored. Expand the Engineering folder and locate your unit’s folder. You should see a list of your sent emails in the main area.
- Click into the email send you would like to review. You will see some top-level analytic data in the Tracking Details here.
- You can click Select Recipients and choose a breakdown of the data based on the different lists which were used in the send. Click Apply to have the data for any checked lists reflected in the area below:

- In the tabs under the Select Recipients area, choose Click Activity and the full email will display, this time showing interaction data for each link:

- In the Email Overlay view, you can click on each link to view expanded statistics for that link.
- Note: If multiple areas share the same link, the system will display the consolidated data for the link wherever it appears in the email:
- You should also see Link View, where you can see a list of all the links along with the interactions in other columns. You can click on those numbers and see all the individuals who clicked on a specific link. All this data can be exported for later analysis. Interaction data is also stored on each contact’s Salesforce profile:
