Remove a Delegate With Scheduling Privileges in Zoom

Resolution

You can remove yourself or someone else as a delegate (with scheduling privileges) in Zoom by following the instructions below:

  1. Go to your U-M Zoom account settings.
  2. Click Other to the left of the settings under the Meeting tab.
  3. Find the delegation information under the Schedule Privilege section at the bottom of the page.
    1. If you are removing someone else as a delegate from your account:
      1. Click Edit next to "Assign scheduling privilege to."
      2. Click the trash can icon beside the person's email address that you want to remove as a delegate.
      3. Click Save.
    2. If you are removing yourself as a delegate on someone else's account:
      1. Click the "X" next to the email address of the person you want to remove yourself from under "I can schedule for."
      2. Click Yes in the confirmation pop-up that appears to finish removing yourself.
