Removing a TeamDynamix Client Portal Desktop

Issue

I created a desktop in the TeamDynamix Client Portal and no longer see the default home page, but I am unable to delete this desktop.

Resolution

While desktops within TDNext can be removed by the user (Removing a TeamDynamix Desktop) they must be removed by an Administrator if created within the Client Portal App. If you need your custom desktop in the Client Portal removed, submit a ticket to ITS-TeamDynamix Support
