Microsoft Teams: Log In to Desktop and Web Clients

This article provides instructions for logging in to U-M Microsoft Teams via the desktop and web clients.

How do I log in to U-M Microsoft Teams?

Resolution

Log in via desktop client (recommended)

1. Open the Microsoft Teams (work or school) client on your device. (Install the client if you haven't already.)
2. Enter your @umich.edu email address under "Sign in" and click Next.
3. Enter your UMICH password and click Sign in.
4. Click Approve with Cisco Duo to authenticate with Duo two-factor authentication (if prompted).

Log in via web client

1. Go to http://teams365.umich.edu
2. Enter your @umich.edu email address under "Sign in" and click Next.
3. Enter your UMICH password and click Sign in.
4. Click Approve with Cisco Duo to authenticate with Duo two-factor authentication.
