View Training Transcript or Certificates in My LINC

This article provides the navigation for viewing the My LINC Training Transcript, which includes certificates for applicable trainings.

Issue

How do I view a training transcript which is a record of the courses registered as completed by My LINC

Resolution

1. Login to My LINC at maislinc.umich.edu
2. Click the Training Transcript in the left-navigation on the page.
   • Alternate navigation: Towards the top-left, click SELF > Reporting > Training Transcript.
3. If there is a certificate/diploma for a completed course, there will be a blue certificate/diploma icon to the left of the course name (Activity column)
   • If a training seems to be missing, scroll to the top and adjust the Date Range as needed (recommended to set the range to All)
   • If the training still isn't appearing, go to SELF > Learning > Training Schedule which displays incomplete/in-progress trainings. For more details, see: View Training Schedule in My LINC.
   • If the training isn't appearing on the Training Transcript or Training Schedule, this indicates the system has no record of a registration for the training

Additional Information

The training transcript will print 8"x10" in landscape view. If you try printing the transcript by clicking on the hyperlinked course under 'Certifications History' or 'Completed Registrations' and then the 'Diploma' icon, it will print in a smaller format.
