Annoto: Video Interaction Grade Not Passed To Canvas

Issue

Issue #1: An instructor configured Annoto's Assessment Criteria but some student grades are not sent to Gradebook.

Issue #2: An instructor configured Annoto's Assessment Criteria with multiple criteria, however only the grade for the first criteria is sent to Gradebook.

Resolution

Issue #1: An instructor configured Annoto's Assessment Criteria but some student grades are not sent to Gradebook

If Canvas does not respond after a few attempts, Annoto stops trying to send the grade to Gradebook. In this case, the instructor will need to manually resync the grades from the Annoto dashboard.

The assignment should be configured to allow unlimited attempts. 

If the assignment is constrained to only allow one attempt, when the second criteria is met and the grade should be updated, Canvas won't allow it because that counts as a second attempt.
