Issue

You may experience one or more of the following access-related issues:

  • Unable to sign in to MiCORES / iLab.
  • Receiving a message indicating that an iLab account already exists.
  • iLab account deactivated due to inactivity.

Resolution

Many access-related issues are managed directly by our vendor, Agilent Technologies, and cannot be resolved by the U-M MiCORES support team.

When these issues occur, the U-M MiCORES support team will typically submit a support ticket to Agilent (ilabsupport@agilent.com) and work with their team to investigate and resolve the issue.

If you are experiencing log in or account-related issues, you may contact the ITS Service Center, MiCORES support team for escalation. Alternatively, you may contact Agilent Support (ilabsupport@agilent.com) directly for potentially faster resolution.

Additional Information

Refer to Getting Started with MiCORES and Documentation for New Users.

Need additional information or assistance? Contact the ITS Service Center.

The MiCORES support team frequently works with Agilent support on behalf of users to investigate account and system-level issues and facilitate resolution whenever possible.
