Digital Signage, Tiered Solutions Dashboard
Issue
I received an email that my digital signs have been imported into the new Tiered Solutions Dashboard, and I need to verify that the information for each sign is accurate.
Resolution
To verify and update your digital sign information in the Tiered Solutions Dashboard:
- Log in to the Tiered Solutions Dashboard at https://sign.dsc.umich.edu/signageAdmin/dashboard/
- For each digital sign, click the Building field and enter the correct building
- Click the Room field and enter the nearest room number for the sign
- Compare the serial number listed on the dashboard for each sign to the CMS player name:
- Confirm the serial number matches a device that is currently in use
- Confirm the CMS player name corresponds to a sign that is currently displayed in your unit
- If you do not believe that sign is currently on display, open a ticket with the Digital Signage team so they can help audit your billable quantity of signs
- Double check that the shortcode the sign is being billed to is accurate.

- Support Contact
- Financial Contact
- Content Manager Contact
