Issue
How can I add or remove controls from the Zoom meeting controls toolbar?
Resolution
You can customize what’s visible in the toolbar based on the controls you use most frequently by clicking the More menu along the bottom (right-most option), and then right-clicking (and selecting Pin to toolbar) or drag-and-dropping the controls you’d like pinned. (To unpin a control, just reverse these steps.)
Note: The "Record" control is listed in the "More" menu by default.
You can reset the meeting controls toolbar to its default by clicking Reset in the bottom-right corner of the More menu.
Additional Information
When you use a control not currently pinned, it will temporarily pin to the toolbar. If you would like it to persist in your customized toolbar, ensure you right-click the control button and select Pin to toolbar.
