Issue
You would like to create an accessible version of a graphic-heavy PDF poster or flier.
Resolution
Digital posters or fliers that contain a lot of graphic design, images, or other visual elements can be challenging to make accessible to screen reader users.
- The best way to make them accessible is to provide a text-only version alongside the PDF, ideally on a website or in the body of an email.
- Make sure that all text information in the poster is included in the text-only version, such as dates, locations, links, etc.
