Issue
I am unable to log in or access certain features because the browser does not have permission to access the local network.
Okta unable to log in.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, allow the browser permission to access the local network by following these steps:
- Open the device Settings.
- Tap on Apps.
- Find and select the browser you are using (usually Chrome or Samsung Internet).
- Tap Permissions.
- Look for Local Network or Nearby devices permission.
- Set the permission to Allow.
- Return to the login page and refresh it.
