Issue

Pop-up windows blocked in Microsoft Edge browser

Resolution

1. Click the three horizontal dots in the upper right corner of Edge, then select Settings
2. Click Privacy, search, and services
3. Click Site permissions
4. Click All permissions
5. Click Pop-ups and redirects
6. Either toggle the Blocked setting to allow all pop-ups, or add the website to the allowed list by clicking Add site
