Resolution

  • To request a Zoom webinar license, complete the following form: https://umich.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_06g5N48fvK0xJfn
    • Webinar licenses are granted automatically and instantaneously. It will remain on your account indefinitely.
    • Standard webinar licenses accommodate up to 1000 attendees.
  • Webinar licenses for more than 1000 attendees (accommodating up to 10k people) are available but extremely limited.
    • They can be checked out for one week at a time and require at least seven business days of processing time.
    • The webinar must be created before requesting the large webinar license.
    • After the webinar has been created, complete the following form to request a temporary license: https://umich.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_ablqnZCpIlF5bmt

Additional Information

If you leave the university and return with an eligible affiliation, you will need to re-request a webinar license.
