How to Connect to Student Success Viewer from Undergrad Advising File

Resolution

Any Student Success Viewer user can access the Viewer at https://tableau.dsc.umich.edu/#/site/UM/workbooks/16162?:origin=card_share_link. 

• This link will display names of all available tabs (i.e. Course Section Selection,  Academic Dashboard, Academic Summary, Academic Detail Report).

To request permission to Student Success Viewer submit form - ITS-Student Success Viewer Access Request

Access from the LSA Undergraduate Advising File

If you have access to the LSA Undergraduate Advising File, you can access Student Success Viewer from there as well.

• From any LSA Undergraduate Advising File page, under "Single Student" on the left menu, click "Term Progress", then "Stu Success Viewer" 
• Note: LSA Undergraduate Advising File users who do not have access to Student Success Viewer will be able to see the link in the Advising File, but will see a "Permission Denied" message when they click the link.
