Issue
User attempts to access https://digitalassets.umich.edu/ and sees the following message letting them know that they do not have access to the system:
"Thank you for your interest in the Digital Asset Collaborative at U-M. At this time you have not yet been added to the system as a user."
Resolution
Review the list of School/College/Units (SCU) found in this Google doc (U-M login only) that are currently using the DAC Service. If your SCU is listed, work with the contact(s) from your SCU to determine what access you might need in the system. Your unit contact will submit a request on your behalf if direct access to the system is necessary for your role. If you do not see your SCU in the Google doc listing, please submit a request to the ITS DAC Service team with your questions or interest in using this service.
