Job Opening Group Action Not Working in eRecruit

Issue

At times following a system update, the job opening group action function in M-Pathways eRecruit does not work as expected. 

Resolution

If you select a number of applicants, then select Group Actions > Applicant Actions > Forward Applicant, the boxes next the applicants become unchecked and the applicants are not forwarded as expected or only one applicant is forwarded. This issue is resolved by deleting the personalized settings in the applicant grid.  

Delete Personalized Settings

  1. Click the Personalize link in the Manage Job Opening screen   
    1. See screenshot in Additional Information if necessary
  2. Click Delete Settings 
    1. Located at the bottom of the Personalize Column and Sort Order window
  3. Click the Delete box that appears
  4. Click OK
