eSignature: Timestamp Not Visible Under the Signature

Issue

The timestamp is not visible under the Signature provided by the signer.

Resolution

A timestamp is typically under the user's signature. However, if the timestamp suddenly disappears, you can change the settings and make it appear again using the following steps:

  1. Open SignNow and click the down-arrow next to your Profile
  2. Select My Account then Settings
  3. You should see Additional settings: Display signNow e-signature ID radio button
    1. Make sure this is turned on  

NOTE: You can only see this setting when it is turned off. If this setting is on, the user will not be able to visually see this.
