Issue

How to change sharing settings on Google Sites.

Resolution

1. On your computer, open a site you own in new Google Sites
2. At the top, click Share (person icon with a plus sign)
3. Next to "Published," click Change. Then choose an option:
   • Anyone on the web
   • Specific people
4. ​To share with specific people, enter the name or email address of the person or Google Group you want to add, click Can edit (pencil icon) > Can view published > Send
5. Click Save or Done
