Set up the Qualtrics Mobile App to Give Surveys on the UMICH Instance

Environment

U-M Qualtrics (umich.qualtrics.com)

Issue

• How to use the Qualtrics mobile app in the UMICH Qualtrics instance
• How to sign into the Qualtrics Offline Surveys app

Resolution

• Follow the instructions on the Qualtrics documentation: Setting Up the Offline App
  • NOTE:  When you reach the Entering Your Qualtrics Credentials section, please make sure to:
    1. Select the Sign in with SSO option
    2. Type in "umich" for the company Organization ID
    3. Tap Continue
       • You'll be re-directed to the Weblogin page to sign in with your uniqname (and level-1 password) and complete Duo two-factor authentication

Additional Information

• Offline App access is paid for by ITS as part of our Qualtrics Education license.
• All UM user types on the UMICH Qualtrics instance have App Login and API Access enabled by default. No further checkboxes need be marked by Qualtrics IT Support.
