Adobe Creative Cloud at Ann Arbor, Dearborn, Flint, and Michigan Medicine campuses.
Issue
Can't access Adobe products. User sees Access Denied message when trying to log in.
Resolution
There are various reasons for the message, and the specific case determines the response:
- When eligible users cannot log in with @umich.edu
- Access is attempted too soon after the start date
- Wait 1 day; access will be in place the day after the start date
- The user's affiliation is not eligible for Adobe access
- for Michigan Medicine users - log in using UMICH (Level 1) password. Note: In 2024, all Michigan Medicine users are transitioning to a single UMICH password.
