Issue
When taking My LINC training courses, the "Next" button for advancing the training may not display on individual screens
Resolution
- Check your browser to make sure it is set to display no higher than 100%
- Find the zoom settings under the View menu in your browser to zoom out
- Reduce the zoom on your browser so it is 100% or lower
- If it is set to display higher than 100%, it may push the "Next" button or other content off the right side of the page
- To zoom out/in using the keyboard, have the training course window selected (the window is usually titled "SumTotal Content Player-<course name>")
- On Windows, hold down the CTRL key and tap the minus (-) button to zoom out or tap the plus (+) button to zoom in
- On Mac computers, hold down the COMMAND key and tap the minus (-) button to zoom out or tap the plus (+) button to zoom in
- Some Mac computers may be set up to require both the OPTION and COMMAND key to be held down in order to zoom out/in
Additional Information
Chrome and Firefox will show the display percentage under the settings menu (on the right-hand side of your screen and looks like three horizontal bars)
