Issue
When you try to open a report in BusinessObjects, you receive a "404 - File or directory not found" error.
You may also get a "The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or temporarily unavailable" error.
Resolution
This is most common when using the Microsoft Edge browser
