Issue
How to complete U-M sign if you have not used Duo previously and are not required to use multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Resolution
When you see the new Okta Sign-in page (replaces U-M Weblogin).
- Enter your uniqname or email address and click Next.
- Enter your UMICH password and click Verify.
