Issue
If you have U-M benefits due to being the survivor of a deceased employee, you may need a sponsorship in order to log in and complete online benefits enrollment or modification.
Resolution
Sponsorships are arranged by the Shared Services Center.
- Call 734 615-2000
- Press 1 - Press 1 - Press 4 to get to the Benefits team.
- Ask for the Transactions Team to have the sponsorship created.
