Logged Out / Kicked Out of M-Pathways (Session Timed Out)

Issue

I keep getting kicked out of M-Pathways. 

Resolution

  • Always use the New Window link (upper right area of the page) to start a new tab and work on a different page.
  • Do not open M-Pathways in multiple different browsers.
  • Do not go to a different tab and open M-Pathways a second time in the same browser.

If you use the New Window link, you are only logged into MPathways one time, which makes it much easier for the system to keep track of your login. This approach works in the HRMS, Financial and Student Administrations systems.
