Additional Information
Upgrade of Windows 10 21H2 to Windows 10 22H2 is not automatically available for hardware that can run Windows 11. Windows 10 22H2 does not implement significant feature improvements over Windows 10 21H2. Limiting the ability to upgrade from Windows 10 21H2 to 22H2 will prevent customers from needing to perform an unnecessary upgrade.
Customers running Windows 10 22H2 or older on Windows 11 compatible devices who need to continue to use Office 2016 or Windows 10 can contact the ITS Service Center or Neighborhood IT to be excluded from the Windows 11 upgrade at this time.
Note: Office 2016 and Windows 10 will only be supported until October 2025.
