CSRF Token Verification Failed

Issue

Troubleshooting "CSRF Token Verification Failed" when logging in to U-M sites.

Resolution

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Try logging in using an Incognito or Private Window.
  3. If an Incognito or Private Window works, turn off all browser extensions, and try again.
    1. If it works after turning off extensions, turn on the extensions one by one until you find the offending extension.
    2. If the extension is necessary to keep, it can be toggled on and off as necessary.
