Can't Log in to Cloudflare

Issue

• Can't log in to Cloudflare, using a U-M email address that was working with Cloudflare before April 25, 2023
• U-M Logins to Cloudflare look different, on/after April 25, 2023; is this expected?
• I don't want to use U-M Weblogin for my Cloudflare account

Resolution

Changing Login Process for Cloudflare

Follow the U-M Weblogin prompts to login to Cloudflare, beginning April 25, 2023, when the login process changes from using Cloudflare's login, to U-M Weblogin.

• When prompted, login with your U-M uniqname and Level 1 (Kerberos) password
• When prompted, follow the on-screen instructions for two-factor (Duo) authentication

Using a Non-UM Address

• If you do not wish to continue using your U-M email to manage your Cloudflare account, change the email address for your Cloudflare account to be a non-UM or personal email address

No Additional Service Changes at this Time

• If you are using a paid version of Cloudflare, you will retain the responsibility to pay as you have been
• The change to Weblogin does not allow ITS to have access to any websites or DNS zones that use Cloudflare
