Issue

How do I download and install Adobe Creative Cloud?

Resolution

Creative Cloud is automatically available to all active students, faculty, and regular full- and part-time staff on the Ann Arbor, Dearborn, Flint and Michigan Medicine campuses.

MiWorkspace Customers:

Non MiWorkspace Customers:

  • Download Adobe Creative Cloud here
  • Visit Adobe.com and click Sign In or open the Creative Cloud App
  • Enter your U-M email address (uniqname@umich.edu) and click Continue
  • Select Company or School Account

Troubleshooting:

  • Make sure to log out and log back in after installing the software
  • If you don't see the correct software titles after signing in, you likely selected the wrong account (license) type. Sign out and log back in using the other account type.
  • You cannot access Adobe Creative Cloud UM licensing until 24 hours after your uniqname was created or your new UM affiliations are loaded.
