Online Access Request System (OARS)
Issue
Unable to access OARS away from campus.
Receive the error message, "This site can't be reached. access.its.umich.edu took too long to respond," when trying to access OARS.
Resolution
To use OARS while away from a campus network, you must use a U-M Virtual Private Network (VPN).
